Terms of Service
Effective date: November 1, 2026
Welcome to Legal Nurse Central. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of www.legalnursecentral.com (the "Site") and to the free resources, courses, trainings, memberships, coaching and other products and services offered by Legal Nurse Central, LLC ("Legal Nurse Central," "we," "us" or "our"), together called the "Services." Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By visiting the Site, signing up for a free resource or our newsletter, or purchasing or using any of our Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or the Services.
Some Services, such as The LNC Circle or The Attorney Magnet, may have additional terms shown at checkout or on their sales page. Those terms are part of these Terms. If they conflict, the terms for that specific Service apply.
2. Who We Are
Legal Nurse Central, LLC is an education and mentorship business for legal nurse consultants, founded by Nikki Chambers, RN. The Site is hosted on Squarespace. Our email list, forms and checkout are run through Flodesk and other third-party providers.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use the Services. By using them, you confirm that you are 18 or older and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you purchase on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to agree to these Terms for that business.
4. Educational Purposes Only
Everything we provide, including trainings, courses, templates, workbooks, emails, live calls, coaching and community discussions, is for educational and informational purposes only.
Not legal advice. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice. Nothing in the Services creates an attorney-client relationship.
Not medical advice. Nothing in the Services is medical advice or a substitute for your own professional nursing judgment.
Not tax, accounting or financial advice. Please consult a qualified professional about your specific situation, including business formation, contracts, insurance and taxes.
Your professional responsibility. You are solely responsible for complying with your state's nurse practice act, licensing requirements, HIPAA and any other laws and professional standards that apply to your work.
5. No Guarantee of Results
We share the strategies and methods that have worked for us and our members, but every business is different. Your results depend on your own effort, experience, market, skills and many factors outside our control. Any examples of income, client wins or member results are not typical or guaranteed. We do not promise that you will earn any specific amount, land attorney clients, or achieve any particular outcome.
6. Continuing Nursing Education (CNE)
Some Services, such as The LNC Circle and select options of The Attorney Magnet, offer continuing nursing education contact hours. To receive CNE credit, you must meet all completion requirements stated for that activity, such as attending or watching the full session and completing any evaluation. You are responsible for confirming that the credit meets the requirements of your licensing board or certifying body. The number of CNE hours offered may change.
Nursing professionals will earn all contact hours through Debriefing the Front Lines, Inc. for attending specific education within our Services. Debriefing the Front Lines, Inc. is an accredited provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation. Provider approved by the Kansas Board of Registered Nursing, Provider # LT0308-0621.
7. Purchases, Payments and Subscriptions
Pricing. Prices are listed on the Site or at checkout in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Price changes will not affect a purchase you have already made, but may apply to future renewal periods with notice.
Payment processing. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers, such as Flodesk Checkout and its payment processor. We do not store your full card details. Your payment is also subject to the processor's terms.
Subscriptions. When you purchase a product on an ongoing subscription basis, such as The LNC Circle's quarterly or annual membership, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the initial and recurring fees until the subscription is canceled and all outstanding fees are paid in full. Your first payment is charged on the date of purchase, and each renewal is charged on the same date every quarter or year, depending on the plan you chose (your "Billing Date"). You must keep a valid payment method on file.
Commitment and auto-renewal. You agree to complete all payments for the subscription period you committed to at purchase. At the end of that period, your subscription automatically renews for the same length of time at the then-current rate until you cancel.
How to cancel. You may cancel at any time by submitting the cancellation form at legalnursecentral.com/circlecancelation before your next Billing Date. Canceling stops future renewals, and you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for.
Failed payments. If a payment cannot be processed, we will try again 2 days later, then make a final attempt 2 days after that. If the final attempt fails, we may suspend or end your access until all current and outstanding fees are paid. If fees remain unpaid for 90 days after the suspension date, we may refer your account to collections. Please let us know of any issue with a recurring payment within 30 days.
Missed payments and payment plans. If you choose a payment plan or commit to a subscription period, you agree to complete all scheduled payments, even if you stop using the product. If you miss a payment and do not correct it within 30 days, or if you miss any 2 payments, we may cancel your participation by written notice to the email address you provided. If that happens, you agree to pay a cancellation fee equal to (i) the amount of any missed payments, plus (ii) 50% of the remaining amounts due for your committed period. This fee is due immediately, and you authorize us to charge it to any payment method on file. If a payment is returned unpaid or rejected, we and our service providers may also collect any fees permitted by law. After cancellation, we have no further obligation to provide the Services.
Taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, unless we are required to collect them.
8. Refunds
Because our digital products, courses, trainings and membership content are immediately accessible upon purchase, all sales are final. Once you agree to these Terms and complete your purchase, we do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances, and no changes to your purchase can be made after it is complete. Thank you for understanding.
9. Free Resources and Our Newsletter
When you download a free resource, such as the 7-Day LNC Starter Kit or the Client Roadmap, or sign up for our newsletter, you agree to receive emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. Free resources are for your personal use under the license in Section 11.
10. The LNC Circle and Community Guidelines
Our membership and live calls work because members can share openly. If you join The LNC Circle or any group call or community space, you agree to:
Treat other members with respect. No harassment, discrimination, bullying or personal attacks.
Keep what members share confidential. Do not record, screenshot or share other members' posts, questions or business details outside the community.
Never share patient information, protected health information (PHI), or confidential case or attorney-client details.
Not promote your own products, services or programs, or recruit members, without our permission.
Not share your login or membership access with anyone else.
We may remove posts, or suspend or end a membership without a refund, if these guidelines are broken. Live calls may be recorded and shared with members as replays.
11. Our Content and Your License to Use It
All content on the Site and in the Services, including trainings, videos, workbooks, templates, the Circle Method, graphics, logos and text, belongs to Legal Nurse Central, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
When you purchase or download something from us, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use it for your own business. You may not copy, resell, share, distribute, publish, record, or use our content to create a competing course, membership or program, or teach it to others as your own, without our written permission. Your access to purchased content is for your personal use and may end if you violate these Terms.
12. Your Content and Feedback
You keep ownership of anything you post or share in our community, calls or emails. By sharing it, you give us permission to display it within the Services. If you send us feedback, a testimonial or a success story, you allow us to use it, along with your first name and last initial, in our marketing, unless you ask us not to.
13. Acceptable Use of the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site or Services. This includes trying to gain unauthorized access, interfering with how the Site works, uploading harmful code, scraping or copying content with automated tools, or using the Services for anything unlawful, deceptive or spammy.
14. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site and Services rely on and may link to third-party platforms, such as Squarespace, Flodesk, LinkedIn, video hosts and payment processors. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
15. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, including through forms, checkout, cookies and analytics, and how we use it. By using the Site, you agree to that use.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, error-free or free of viruses, or that any content is complete or current.
17. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, LEGAL NURSE CENTRAL, LLC, ITS OWNER, CONTRACTORS AND GUEST EXPERTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST CLIENTS OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE. Some states do not allow certain limits, so some of these may not apply to you.
18. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Legal Nurse Central, LLC and its owner, contractors and guest experts from any claims, losses or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Services, your business decisions, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law.
19. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If a dispute comes up, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, and you agree to that jurisdiction. Either party may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. Material changes affecting active memberships will be shared by email. Continuing to use the Site or Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
21. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce any part is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any terms for specific Services, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
